Most important you had given enough notice to our tenant for the increase in the rent which was the best outcome we ever had achieved by any Property Manager we have dealt so far. To whom it may concern, I, Jacquelene Phillips, was a tenant of Tiarn Grieg's for approximately 2.5 years. During this time, Tiarn always acted professional and tried to fix problems when they occurred. Tiarn also helped when we were looking to move and also eventually buy. Tiarn goes out of her way to make her tenants feel welcome and also to ensure that her tenants had a voice when it came to maintenance issues that were not theirs to fix. We would like to thank you all so very much for being an amazing real estate. The change to you as our property manager was a great one. I have to say through that an NRAS property has FINALLY become available for us to move into. So Sadly we will be vacating the property. This move will allow us to be able to save more deposit to be able to build our own home. We have enjoyed being tenants through your realestate. I hope that we can use LJ Hooker as our agents in the future when looking at our forever home in Yarrabilba. Tiarn has been my property manager for over one year. She has done an amazing job so far, and I have recently transferred another one of my properties to LJ Hooker for Tiarn to manage. I am not located in Queensland, actually I am stranded outside of Australia at the moment, however Tiarn has been exceptional if every way. For someone like me, I need transparency, clear and direct communication which also includes good and bad news, recommendations, and trust. Tick, tick, tick.
